Incorrect or Outdated Address: If the courier can’t deliver to the address provided, they’ll hold the package (for a period that varies by carrier) and then return it. Always double-check your address when placing an order.

Wrong Address Provided (After Shipment): If your order shipped to the incorrect address, submit a ticket through our Contact Form. We’ll see if a replacement is possible. Please note that all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued.

Wrong Address Provided (Before Shipment): If you notified us of the address correction before your order shipped, submit a ticket via our Contact Form. We’ll collaborate with fulfillment to resolve the issue.

Minor Typos (e.g., “Loa Angeles, CA 90210”): Small spelling mistakes can often be corrected by your local post office. In such cases, please contact them directly for assistance.

Incorrect Street, ZIP Code, or City: If key address details are wrong, we’ll reach out to your local post office on your behalf to update the information. If that isn’t feasible, we will send a replacement.

Unrecognized Address Format or Non-Deliverable Location: Our system may not accept certain address formats, or the selected carrier might not serve that destination.

Restricted Delivery Address: Sending to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions can introduce delivery restrictions (either by product or carrier).

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most carriers make multiple delivery attempts. If they cannot complete delivery after several tries, the package is returned.

Recipient Refusal: If someone receives a package they weren’t expecting—such as an unprompted gift—they may refuse it, causing it to be returned.
- We cannot re-ship orders returned as undeliverable for any of the reasons above—except in cases where we can correct an address before shipment. If you still wish to receive the same item(s), please place a new order on our website.
