Our store’s Terms of Service specify that each order is treated as an individual transaction, which means shipping fees apply to every order placed. When you accepted the upsell offer, it created a new order with its own shipping charge.

Shipping fees are not included for any discounted or upsell items purchased after your initial order, as outlined in the “Delivery and Handling Fees for Discounted Purchases” section of our Terms of Service. These fees are separate and must be paid in addition to the product cost because they are calculated based on the package’s weight, size, and destination. Including shipping and handling costs within discounted offers could increase the overall price of the order.
