Items Not Arrived After 30 Days

• If 30 days have passed and your order hasn’t been delivered (unless tracking shows “Delivered” on the carrier’s site, e.g., USPS or Canada Post), you qualify for a no-cost replacement.

  • We will send a replacement using the same shipping speed as your original order.

Incorrect Item Received

• An incorrect item means you received something completely different from what’s pictured on our website.

  • Example 1 (Will be replaced): You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.

  • Example 2 (Will be replaced): You ordered lipstick but got mascara.

  • Example 3 (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t weighted.

    • We work hard to provide detailed product information so you know exactly what you’re buying.

  • Example 4 (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a jacket in size Large but believe you received a size Small.

    • Please review all product details before placing an order to ensure it meets your needs.

• If you qualify for a replacement, we’ll ship a new order using the same delivery speed you originally chose.

  • To expedite your replacement, email us three photos of the item from different angles.

  • There’s no need to return the incorrect item once your replacement is approved.
